Every Meltique order is packed to be handed straight to someone. Here's exactly what happens after you check out.

Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Carriers have bad weeks, and December is a bad month for everyone. If a gift is for a fixed date, order with room to spare.
You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel is collected. If it hasn't arrived when tracking says it should have, email us — don't wait it out.
Shipping is calculated at checkout before you pay, so there are no surprises on the last screen.

On international orders, any customs duties or import taxes are set by the destination country and are the recipient's responsibility. We have no control over them and can't predict them.
We print what you give us. If you spot a mistake, email us immediately — before dispatch we can usually fix it; after dispatch we usually can't.
If a parcel is lost or arrives damaged, that's ours to solve. Email us and we'll replace it or refund it. You won't be sent to argue with a courier.
