Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send you a dispatch confirmation — not when you click pay. Until then we may decline an order, and we'll refund you in full if we do.
We may decline an order if an item is unavailable, if a price or description was wrong, or if we suspect fraud.
Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and include applicable taxes where stated. We try hard to be accurate, but if we discover a genuine pricing or description error we'll contact you before dispatch and give you the choice to continue at the correct price or cancel for a full refund. We will never quietly charge you more than you agreed.
We describe products as accurately as we can. Photographs and illustrations are representative; screen colours vary between devices. Where a product's specifications are supplied by a publisher or manufacturer, we pass them on in good faith.
Payments are processed by our payment providers. We do not store your full card details.
Delivery timings are estimates. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Lost or damaged-in-transit parcels are our problem to solve — see the Shipping policy.

Don't use this site to break the law, scrape it at a volume that degrades it for others, attempt to breach its security, or infringe our intellectual property. Site content, branding and imagery belong to us or our licensors.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, our liability in connection with an order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the version published when you placed it.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, and any dispute will be handled by the courts of that state.
